    Era Living is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant to become the newest member of our Rehab team located in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, Ida Culver House Broadview Healthcare Center, Seattle, WA.

     Primary Responsibilities:

    The Rehabilitation Administrative Assistant promotes excellence in customer service, billing integrity, service delivery and program development by providing organizational, clerical, staff and patient scheduling, communication and treatment support as needed by the Rehab Department and Rehab Director.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience as a Rehab Aide/Admin Assistant and knowledge of Rehab Optima preferred
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
    • Sensitive to the needs and concerns of older adults.
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
