    Era Living is seeking a full-time Life Enrichment - Memory Program Lead to become the newest member of our Life Enrichment team located in our Lakeshore Community, South Seattle/Renton, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    The Memory Fitness Lead supports the total cognitive enrichment program (Memory Fitness), providing programming and assistance to residents with beginning to middle-stage dementia. This role will work with seniors on an individual and group basis using a professional team approach.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Prior experience working with an aging population or with cognitively impaired adults.
    • College courses in recreation or gerontology and/or CTRS, preferred.
    • Valid WA State driver’s license, driving record in good standing, and at least 21 years of age (to meet the company’s auto insurance requirements).
    • Excellent customer service and English communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Skilled in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
