    Era Living is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) to become the newest member of our Health Care Center team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, Seattle, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Charge Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents and overall care planning in our Health Care Center. This includes determining priorities for care needs and coordinating the development of the written care plan.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Washington State RN or LPN.
    • Flexibility in schedule and ability to take a role in on-call Manager Rotation.
    • 1-2 years cognitive/dementia care experience, preferred.
    • Experience as a charge nurse, preferred.
    • Working knowledge of MDS and Medicare, preferred.
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
