    Era Living is seeking a full-time Lead Receptionist to become the newest member of our Administration team located in our University House Wallingford, Seattle, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities: 

    The Lead Receptionist works closely with the Administrative Services Director, handling scheduling, staff training, and organization of the busy reception desk. This role will certify all standards and job functions for the front desk are being followed, complete Quality Assurance Reports, respond to emergency situations if necessary, and provide clerical support as needed.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Minimum of 2 years recent clerical support experience, including experience answering multi-line phone systems.
    • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (heavy email and calendar use).
    • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including copier, printer and fax.
    • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
    • Able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening, including criminal background check.
