Era Living is seeking a full-time Payroll Administrator to become the newest member of our Accounting/Finance Team located in our Home Office, Seattle, WA. Ideal candidate will be a well rounded payroll professional with in-house payroll processing experience and the ability to develop positive working relationships with all levels of the organization. Strong multi-tasking, accuracy and computer skills are essential!

The Payroll Administrator will report to the Corporate Controller and is responsible for ensuring accurate and punctual in-house payroll processing of approximately 1,000 employees. Responsibilities include managing semi-monthly payroll processing for salaried and non-salaried staff; implementing, maintaining and training for the payroll system (Ultimate HRIS/PR system); managing time and attendance systems (Kronos and Ceridian); and Federal, State and garnishment processing, reporting and compliance.
