    Era Living is seeking a full-time Recreation Assistant to become the newest member of our Life Enrichment team located in our Ida Culver House Ravenna Community, Seattle, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Recreation Assistant coordinates group and individual activities that incorporate physical activity, emotional support and cultural exploration. All duties must be performed while ensuring resident safety, maintaining confidentiality and showing sensitivity to the needs and concerns of older adults.   

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience providing physical fitness and/or memory fitness activities for seniors.
    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate in English.
    • Current WA State Driver’s License.
    • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and assist residents in emergency situations.
    • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
