    Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our Lakeshore Community, in South Seattle / Renton, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Maintenance Technician will perform building facility maintenance. This entry-level role assists with routine plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair and preventative maintenance.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

    • One year technical school training or experience.
    • Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
    • Valid WA Driver’s License.
    • Ability to work between 9am – 5:30pm.
    • Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
    • HVAC and pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
