    Primary Responsibilities:  

    The Community Relations Director leads the Community Relations department, develops, implements, and evaluates the Community’s sales and marketing plan in order to meet all occupancy goals and is responsible for the overall successful execution of the Community Relations Program, defined as meeting or exceeding budgeted lease-up or occupancy goals. This role is also responsible for the Community outreach campaign, managing visits/tours for interested parties, participating in resident move-ins and move-outs, managing the CRM system and participating in the development of special events both on- and off-site. Hours may vary and include weekends.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of sales and management experience required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study preferred
    • Ability to recognize customer needs, present solutions and close the sale
    • Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and contact database management
    • Ability to handle multiple demands in a courteous and organized manner
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
