    Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Representative to become the newest member of our Community Relations team and drive sales at our Gardens at Town Square Community, Bellevue, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Community Relations Representative will help drive new sales into the community to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals. This includes developing relationships and closing leads with potential residents.  This role is also responsible for executing the Community outreach campaign, managing visits/tours for interested parties, participating in resident move-ins and move-outs, managing the CRM system and participating in the development of special events both on- and off-site. Position hours may vary and includes weekends.   


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to recognize customer needs, present solutions and close the sale.
    • Experience with contact database management and community outreach.
    • Ability to work Sunday - Thursday.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
