    Era Living is seeking a full-time Outpatient Rehabilitation Aide to become the newest member of our Outpatient Therapy team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, Seattle, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Outpatient Rehabilitation Aide provides organizational, clerical, communication and treatment support to promote excellence in customer service, billing integrity, service delivery and program development. This includes processing referrals and insurance authorizations, scheduling outpatients, meetings and presentations, data entry, etc.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
    • Sensitive to the needs and concerns of older adults.
    • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
