    Era Living is seeking a full-time Lead Resident Assistant Lead (NAC/CNA)  to become the newest member of our Assisted Living Community Health team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, in North Seattle, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Lead Resident Assistant provides support and direction to other Resident Assistants working the same shift, as well as provides direct resident care services. This role may act as a mentor for new employees, and is skilled in providing personal care services and exceptional clinical observation of residents. 


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC/CNA).
    • 2+ years' experience in a long term care setting required; Assisted Living experience, preferred.
    • Ability to work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.
    • Able to communicate clearly in English with residents, family and staff.
    • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
