    Era Living is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to become the newest member of our Administrative team located in our Aljoya Thornton Place Community, Seattle, WA.

    Primary Responsibilities:


    The Administrative Assistant will assist in reviewing contracts and insurance claims. This role will create and maintain department documents and spreadsheets, provide support to the Administrative team and maintain resident records.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Previous administrative experience, including review and administration of contracts and experience supporting management preferred.
    • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
    • Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.
    • Excellent communication skills required: ability to read, write and communicate in English.
    • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
