Era Living is seeking full-time and part-time Resident Assistants (NAC/CNA)  to become the newest member of our Assisted Living Community Health team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, in North Seattle, WA.  These are day shift positions (FT – Monday through Friday; PT – Saturday & Sunday).

Primary Responsibilities:

The Resident Assistant carries out the concepts of Assisted Living, ensuring resident choice, independence, privacy, respect, and dignity in all interactions. Resident Assistants provide personal care services and exceptional clinical observation of residents living in Boarding Home licensed apartments.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC/CNA).
  • Assisted Living experience, preferred.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English with residents, family and staff.
  • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
