The Client Care Advisor is primarily responsible for advising and handling internet inquiries and referrals and overseeing the Live Chat feature on our website. This includes phone outreach to uncover needs, identify appropriate solutions, educate families on senior living options, and communicate effectively about Era Living’s brand and communities. It also includes coordinating with community sales teams to schedule tours, meeting or exceeding monthly conversion goals, fully managing inquiries from prospects, and being knowledgeable about all Era Living communities.
