Era Living is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to become the newest member of our Culinary Services team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, in North Seattle, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Sous Chef is a lead position in the kitchen, responsible for preparing and serving food, ordering, inventory and assisting with menu development. This position covers for the Executive Chef in their absence.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience in high volume food service.
  • Ability to work Tuesday – Saturday, 11:30pm-8:00pm.
  • Current Food Handler Card and ServSafe certified (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior food service experience in hospitality or health care, preferred.
  • Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
